Transposon consensus sequence, transcriptome assembly, and annotation information of Locusta migratoria manilensis and Angaracris rhodopa

The data contained in this project is as follows. TE consensus sequence generated by dnaPipeTE. Transcripts obtained by Trinity assembly. Gene annotation of transcripts and annotation information of transposon transcripts. TE consensus sequences shared by both species (copy number > 500). Orthoptera_nr_repeatmasker.lib was constructed by RepeatModeler2.0 on the genome data of Gryllus bimaculatus, Teleogryllus occipitalis, Xya riparia, Locusta migratoria, and Schistocerca gregaria.
