资源简介:
Red-spotted masu salmon (Oncorhynchus masou ishikawae) is endemic to southwestern Japan. Salmonid fish have various life history traits. Our research object is understanding the mechanisms how life history variation (ex. age at maturity) is maintained within a wild population of red-spotted masu salmon. To answer this question, pedigree analysis is a key approach because pedigree data can provide estimates of fitness of wild organisms. In this project, we conducted pedigree analysis using SNP data retained from random PCR-based genotyping-by-sequencing technology, genotyping by random amplicon sequencing, direct (GRAS-Di) approach. Individual reproductive success were estimated from parent-offspring pairs in a natural population.
