MNase-Seq for budding yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae

Libraries were prepared by using two methods. The one is ThruPlex kit from Rubicon Genomics, the other is TCS-ligation based method described in our paper.本研究通过两种方法构建测序文库（Library）：其一为Rubicon Genomics公司出品的ThruPlex试剂盒，其二为本论文记载的基于TCS连接的建库方法。
