Environmental data
收藏资源简介:
Two datasets from National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) containing compiled high frequency meteorological data for Lake Erie from the North American Regional Reanalysis (NARR) and single time point vertical profiles taken in the field from a conductivity, temperature, and depth (CTD) sonde. Both datasets used to calculate components of Lake Metabolism model; CTD beam attenuation and transmission used to calculate light attenuation coefficient (Kd - equation 1 in table 2 of 'Supplementary methods') and windspeed, pressure, and PAR used to calculate surface renewal gas exchange (K600 - equations 2-4 in table 2 of 'Supplementary methods'), bubble coefficient with breaking wave component and diffuse oxygen exchange with atmosphere (k) (equations 5-7 in table 2 of 'Supplementary methods')
