RNAseq of Magnolia sinostellata

This study presents a comprehensive transcriptome analysis of Magnolia sinostellata under waterlogging stress, aiming to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying its adaptive responses. The raw sequencing data generated in this project provide valuable resources for investigating key genes, pathways, and regulatory networks involved in hypoxia tolerance, root acclimation, and stress signaling. The findings will contribute to understanding the genetic basis of waterlogging resistance in woody plants and may inform conservation strategies for Magnolia species in flood-prone environments.
