Dataset includes the unique ID of a sample, the viral concentration in a sample, the concentration of human fecal indicators in samples, flow rates, locations, etc. These data can be used to analyze trends of SARS-CoV-2 concentrations in sewer system on a week-to-week basis and estimate COVID-19 transmission rates.
