资源简介:
This dataset contains data collected using an Indonesian-adapted version of the Mental Budgeting Scale developed by Antonides and De Groot (2022). The dataset aims to evaluate the construct validity of the scale within an Indonesian population. Data were obtained from 154 Indonesian participants aged 18–29 years through an online survey. It should be noted that Items 12 and 13 are reverse-worded items; however, the responses in this dataset have not yet been reverse-coded.
The dataset includes responses to 21 self-report items measuring mental budgeting. Results from a Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) are provided to assess the psychometric properties of the instrument. The CFA was conducted using JASP statistical software, and the reported model fit indices include the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA), Comparative Fit Index (CFI), Tucker–Lewis Index (TLI), and Standardized Root Mean Square Residual (SRMR). This dataset may be used to verify construct validity and to support replication or meta-analytic research on the Mental Budgeting Scale.
