Proteomic analysis of human-derived pulp stem cell-derived decellularized extracellular matrix before and after intervention with the autophagy activator Rapamycin.

The present proteomics was performed to analyze and compare the differences in the protein composition of the decellularized extracellular matrix derived from human-derived dental pulp stem cells before and after the intervention of the autophagy activator rapamycin, in order to investigate which proteins mediate the differences in their function in promoting bone regeneration.
