Reproducibility materials for matched-load CO₂ and NOₓ departures after restarts in US coal-labelled monitoring units

Unpublished draft reproducibility archive for a study of matched-load CO₂ and NOₓ emission departures after restarts in US coal-labelled monitoring units. This v36 archive contains the v17 editable manuscript, v3 supplement, figures, frozen 2019–2024 and separately frozen 2025 analysis outputs, selected qualified replay inputs, analysis code, data dictionaries, checksums, and scoped validation. The pooled matched comparison comprises 224 supported early full hours from 170 events, 47 monitoring units, and 34 plants. The approximate paired joint relative region supports a larger NOₓ than CO₂ departure relative to each pollutant’s mature-operation reference. The archive supports checked matched-estimator and selected mature/early arithmetic replays, not a clean raw-download-to-final rebuild. Raw EPA/EIA source files and third-party PDFs are not redistributed. No journal acceptance or public reuse license is asserted.
