Simultaneous Genome-Wide Gene Expression and Transcript Isoform Profiling in P. falciaprum using Exon Arrays [NimbleGen]

Investigation of whole genome expression profiles during four time points during the intraerythrocytic lifecycle of the malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum for transcript isoforms using Exon Arrays. The samples used in this study are further described in Turnbull et. al., Simultaneous Genome-Wide Gene Expression and Transcript Isoform Profiling in the Human Malaria Parasite (in review) Using the Nimblegen platform exon array to measure whole genome expression profiles at four timepoints: 12 hours (4 biological replicates), 24 hours (4 biological and 2 technical replicates), 36 hours (4 biological replicates), and 48 hours (4 biological replicates) post invasion, and the detection of transcript isoforms between 12 hours and 36 hours post invasion.
