This dataset was developed by the Department of Neurosurgery of Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital during clinical diagnosis, treatment and research activities spanning 2021 to 2025. Glioma surgical specimens were collected intraoperatively, and the dataset was self-generated and derived using high-throughput single-cell sequencing technology. The dataset is in the form of a structured single-cell gene expression matrix, accompanied by comprehensive clinicopathological annotations including basic patient information, tumor grading, molecular subtyping, treatment regimens, prognostic follow-up and other relevant details.

The core value of this dataset lies in systematically characterizing the intratumoral and peritumoral heterogeneity, cellular evolutionary trajectories, and tumor microenvironment features of glioma at single-cell resolution. Its application scenarios directly serve precision medicine: it can be used to construct glioma molecular subtyping and prognostic prediction models, providing critical decision-making basis for individualized treatment of glioma patients such as targeted therapy and immunotherapy.
