Dataset for an EMD analysis of the flow field in an Internal Combustion Engine

This repository contains data files, code information and property files used to perform LES simulation of the in-cylinder flow in an optical test engine. A grid convergence study is cariied out, and the numerical results are compared with PIV measurements. In addition, an EMD analysis of the flow field in the tumble plane is conducted.
