The intestinal flora forms a complex and relatively stable ecosystem, which plays a crucial role in maintaining the health of the host. To study the effects of environmental factors on the intestinal microbiota of triploid rainbow trout sub-adults under different stocking densities, a 90-day feeding experiment was conducted using three groups: low density (LD, 25 fish per barrel), medium density (MD, 50 fish per barrel), and high density (HD, 75 fish per barrel).
