RNA sequencing of healthy human airway epithelia with IL-13 treatment time course

The goal of this study was to examine changes to gene expression induced by IL-13 treatment of air-liquid interface cultures of healthy primary human airway epithelia over time. Overall design: Following treatment with DMSO or IL-13 for 2 days, 7 days, or 21 days, well-differentiated, primary human airway epithelia at the air liquid interface were dissociated, prepared for RNA sequencing, and sequenced on Illumina HiSeq 4000 system using 2x150bp paired end SBS chemistry.
