CD11b IHC ROIs from mouse cardiac cryosections: border zone regions from 4-oxo-retinoic acid treated mice after myocardial infarction

This dataset contains immunohistochemistry (IHC) image ROIs from mouse cardiac cryosections stained with anti-CD11b antibody. ROIs correspond to the border zone (BZ) of hearts from mice treated with 4-oxo-retinoic acid (4-oxo-RA) after myocardial infarction (MI). Images were acquired at 10x magnification. ROIs of 600x600 pixels were generated using QuPath and represent a subset of data used in the analysis published in Rettkowski, Romero-Mulero et al., Nature Cell Biology, 2025.
