By modeling human identity as a geometric infrastructure and introducing excess importance as a scalar field \phi, we establish a mathematical framework governed by a Mod 9 invariant. We evaluate the stabilizing capacity of the 3I pulse sequence (8-13-8-5-13-8) at the 5184\text{ Hz} frequency threshold under varying stressor matrices, demonstrating self-correction, plastic deformation limits, and geometric reorganization into resilient triangular sub-lattices.
