Arbocel. Under the ECEREX programme, an experimental logging plot was set up by ARBOCEL and CTFT in 1976 , in order to assess the cost of wood for pulp and thus to study forest regeneration after cutting carried out under the real conditions of papermaking. Logging of all trees larger than 20 cm in diameter, with the exception of Chrysobalanaceae, which were considered unsuitable for the manufacture of pulp was carried out in July 1976 .
