Pretreat-MetsToBrain-Masks

We present a dataset of 200 patients with pathological or clinical diagnosis of metastases to the brain. The dataset contains pretreatment T1, T1 post-contrast, T2, and FLAIR MR images in NifTI format along with a NifTI file of manual segmentation masks for each patient. The segmentation masks include peritumoral edema, contrast-enhancing tumor, and necrotic tumor. There are a total of 975 contrast-enhancing lesions, many of which are sub centimeter. An excel sheet of the following clinical and imaging information is also included: age at diagnosis, sex, ethnicity, smoking history, primary tumor origin, presence of extranodal metastasis, survival time, presence of infratentorial involvement, and number/volume of lesions with contrast-enhancement, necrosis, and peritumoral edema.

本研究构建了一套包含200例经病理或临床确诊为脑转移瘤患者的数据集。该数据集收录了所有受试者的预处理T1加权成像、T1增强加权成像、T2加权成像及液体衰减反转恢复（FLAIR）磁共振图像，所有影像均采用NIfTI格式存储；同时附带每位患者的手动分割掩码NIfTI文件。该分割掩码涵盖三类目标结构：瘤周水肿、增强肿瘤及坏死肿瘤。本数据集共计包含975个增强病灶，其中多数为亚厘米级病灶。此外，数据集还附带一份Excel表格，收录了如下临床与影像相关信息：确诊时年龄、性别、种族、吸烟史、原发肿瘤来源、淋巴结外转移情况、生存时间、幕下受累情况，以及增强病灶、坏死病灶与瘤周水肿病灶的数量/体积。
