Chapman, directed by George Pratt, at the University of Southern California, 1949. Sample preparation and slicing on microtome. An unidentified sample is mounted on a block, sliced with the microtome, and prepared for viewing on a microscope. Film slate indicates: Name Chapman; Project P114; Rolls 311, 312. “Unlabeled trims and cutouts” -- container. 18 frames per second. 145.35 feet. Dual perforation. Emulsion out. B&w, positive, MOS.
