Replication Data for: Compliance in Time: Lessons from the Inter-American Court of Human Rights

Dataset covering all cases decided by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights by the end of 2019. The data contains yearly records for each of the 1,872 reparation measures ordered by the IACtHR, starting on the year of the Court's ruling through the year of full compliance (or 2019, for pending measures). N = 12,093 observations at the reparation-year level. We dated the effective time of compliance for each reparation measure based on information reported by the Court's supervision resolutions.
