Dataset for OCSR-MCS-LA problem

Instances for "The integrated planning of outgoing coil selection for retrieval, multi-crane scheduling, and location assignment to the incoming and blocking coils in steel coil warehouses". There are 600 instances in total, distributed in 6 classes. Each class contains 10 instances and their best solution. Instructions to correctly use datasets are available in README.txt.
