(A) 293T cells were co-transfected with 25 ng of variant BST-2 expression plasmids, along with 250 ng of pNF-κB-Luc reporter plasmid and 50 ng Renilla luciferase plasmid. After 48 h, cells were lysed and analyzed for luciferase activity. BST-2 expression was analyzed by Western blotting using an anti-BST-2 pAb. (B) The raw luciferase value was normalized to the renilla luciferase value. The data were compared with the mock control and shown as fold of NF-κB activation. The graph was generated from three independent experiments.
