Data, code, and high-quality figures for the project "A minimalist model for forest biomass dynamics based on net carbon profit", including input variables for estimating gross primary production (GPP), maximum fAPAR, and net carbon profit (Pn) (NetCDF and CSV formats), forest dynamic estimates derived from Pn, as well as reproducible R and Python scripts used to run the P model and the dynamics model, perform all data manipulations, and generate analyses and figures.
