Comparative analysis of bacterial communities in Testudines and their associated habitat

This study focused on characterizing the gut microbiome of various Testudines species and their associated habitats. By applying metagenomics to the study of reptilian gut microbiota, we anticipated gaining insights into the microbial diversity that supports Testudines life across diverse environments.
