资源简介:

Tab1 "Tree Ring 14C Measurements": The data presented include >400 tree-ring radiocarbon measurements from Southern Hemisphere sites in Chile and New Zealand. These data are used to understand latitudinal gradients in radiocarbon in the Southern Hemisphere. (see manuscript Fig. 2). Tab 2 "Mean DD14C": In associated manuscript, we describe how tree-ring measurements are compared to Southern Hemisphere background radiocarbon. These data are the mean difference, per site, (see manuscript Fig. 3). Tab 3 "HYSPLIT": This tab includes a summary of back-trajectory modelling data, indicative of how much time back-trajectories spent in Southern Ocean zones with respect to each sampling site. Tab 4 "GLODAP": For each given Southern Ocean zone and ocean sector (Indian, Pacific, Atlantic), GLODAP data was used to understand what surface ocean radiocarbon looks like, to provide context to the rest of our analyses. The data shown in tab are summary means. The original data is public and found at https://glodap.info/index.php/merged-and-adjusted-data-product-v2-2023/ Tab 5 "Histogram": This tab simply displays histogram data from manuscript Fig 2. (e/f) in tabular form.
