The South Magenta Coastal Dunes and Lake Foreshore 1

The South Magenta Coastal Dunes and Lake Foreshore project will combat coastal and lake foreshore degradation in the south Magenta area of Wyong Shire. The Green Army Team will remove targeted weeds, use bush regeneration techniques to stabilise dunes, build dunes fences to restrict public access and protect dune restoration works, plant tube stock and direct seeding, collect and propagate local provenance material, establish signage and attend field days to increase community knowledge and participation in local natural resource management activities.
