This dataset contains the comprehensive experimental and analytical data
The study investigates the feasibility of replacing natural coarse aggregate (NCA) with reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) at substitution rates of 0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100% in self-compacting concrete (SCC). The dataset enables full reproducibility of the experimental results, sustainability assessment, and multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) analysis.
The data is provided as a single Excel file (.xlsx) organized into the following tabs:
1. Materials_Properties: Contains the physical and mechanical properties of the raw materials used, including cement, sand, natural coarse aggregate (NCA), and reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP). This includes sieve analysis data (particle size distribution), specific gravity, water absorption, and Los Angeles abrasion values.
2. Mix_Designs: Details the mix proportions for the six SCC mixtures (SCC0 to SCC100), with quantities of each constituent per cubic meter of concrete.
3. Fresh_State: Provides the raw data from the fresh-state tests performed on each SCC mixture, including slump flow (SF) and J-ring test results.
4. Hardened_State: Contains the raw data from the hardened-state mechanical tests, including compressive strength (at 7, 14, and 28 days), splitting tensile strength (at 7, 14, and 28 days), and flexural strength (at 28 days) for all six mixtures.
5. Environmental_Indicators: Includes the data and calculations for the cradle-to-gate environmental assessment covering the total calculated CO₂ emissions and raw material consumption for each mixture.
6. Cost: Presents the data and calculations for the economic analysis, including the delivered unit cost of each material in the Tunisian context and the final cost per cubic meter for each mixture.
7. Decision_Matrix: The initial 6x5 decision matrix used as the input for the MCDM analysis, with the six SCC mixtures as alternatives and the five performance criteria (compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, CO₂ emissions, raw material consumption, and cost).
8. Weights: Details the calculation of the criteria weights, including the subjective weights from AHP, the objective weights from CRITIC method, and the final equal and combined weights used in the analysis.
9. TOPSIS: Presents the step-by-step calculations for the Technique for TOPSIS method, including the normalized matrix, weighted matrix, separation measures, and final scores.
10. VIKOR: Shows the step-by-step calculations for the VIKOR method, including the determination of best/worst values, S and R values, and the final Q index.
11. PROMETHEE_II: Details the step-by-step calculations for the PROMETHEE II method, including preference functions, positive/negative outranking flows, and the final net flow scores.
12. Final_Ranking: Summarizes the final rankings of the six SCC alternatives as determined by each of the three MCDM methods under both equal and combined weighting scenarios.
