DATASET FOR MANUSCRIPT \u201cMEASUREMENT, VERIFICATION, AND UNCERTAINTY ANALYSIS OF THE TOTAL IONIZING DOSE ABSORBED IN ANALOG ICs\

Data shown in the dataset were obtained for 21 groups (from I up to XX, as well as XXVI) of four types of linear voltage regulators (LM2940CT-5.0, LM2990T-5.0, L4940V5, and LT1086CT-5), exposed to 60Co gamma-rays and 300-kVp bremsstrahlung X-rays. Up to five samples were used to calculate the mean values of the maximum output current and the minimum dropout voltage (for a load current of 0.1 A during examination).
