Marine Radio Inspection Digitalisation Survey 2025: Anonymised Dataset, Questionnaire Instrument, and Codebook

This repository package provides the anonymised respondent-level dataset, survey questionnaire instrument, codebook, validation summary, methods note, README and licence for the Marine Radio Inspection Digitalisation Survey 2025. The survey captures stakeholder perspectives on the use of digital tools in marine radio and GMDSS inspections, including current adoption, tool-use frequency, perceived efficiency and accuracy benefits, ease of use, training, organisational support, regulatory readiness, adoption intention and barriers to implementation. This version adds a repository methods note describing the survey purpose, online questionnaire administration in 2025, purposive specialised sample, respondent anonymity and consent, skip logic, data cleaning and anonymisation, validation checks and limitations.
