Dataset of blood pressure (BP) recording during intravascular stimulation of the renal nerve in a swine model.
Each file corresponds to one animal
sr = sampling rate
stimI = stimulation intensity in mA
stimF = stimulation frequency in Hz
stimPW = stimulation pulse width in ms
stimzero = time from the beginning of the recording when stimulation is turned on in seconds
stimdur = duration of the stimulation in seconds
rawdata = original unfiltered blood pressure values
mmvals = maximums (systolic value) and minimums (diastolic value) for each heart beat - first row is systolic values, second row is diastolic values - values are in mmHg
mmpos = time of the recording for each systolic value and diastolic value for each heart beat - first row is systolic values, second row is diastolic values - values are in seconds
sysP = BP systolic values after filtering to remove the influence of breathing cycles (mmHg)
sys_t = time of each systolic value from the beginning of the recording (seconds)
diaP = BP diastolic values after filtering to remove the influence of breathing cycles (mmHg)
dia_t = time of each diastolic value from the beginning of the recording (seconds)
difP = Pulse pressure (difference between systolic and diastolic) values after filtering to remove the influence of breathing cycles (mmHg)
dif_t = time of each pulse pressure value from the beginning of the recording (seconds)
HR = Instantaneous heart rate (beat per minute)
HR_t = time for each of the HR value (seconds)
sysPbn, diaPbn, difPbn, HRbn = baseline normalized data (data of previous variable after subtraction of average baseline value
MAP = mean arterial pressure (mmHg)
MAP_t = time for each mean arterial pressure value (sec)
