The effect of age on D20, D40 and live foal rates in the Clydesdale mare

Anonymized farm data from a study researching the effects of age on pregnancy and live foal rates in Clydesdale mares. 'Clydesdale_repro_data_AOS_V3.xlsx' contains the anonymized raw dataset gathered from 12 stud farms in Canada, Scotland and USA for this study. 'AOS_data_NHT_V2.xlsx' contains most of the same dataset as 'Clydesdale_repro_data_AOS_V3.xlsx' minus mares who had been treated with hormones, and was simplified for statistical analysis. 'Rcode_clydesdale_AOS_V3.txt' contains the code to run the statistical analysis from the study and instructions on which parameters need to be updated to run the program properly on your system.

'METADATA_FINAL.docx' contains tables of variables and definitions used in each of the other files in this repository.
