New strategy of Cordyceps cateniannulata application in tobacco

Entomopathogenic fungi can promote plant growth and development by colonizing their hosts. Here, we sought to identify specific strains of the entomopathogenic fungus, Cordyceps cateniannulata that would form endophytic associations with tobacco, benefiting host plant growth and resistance to abiotic environmental stresses, thereby highlighting the application of entomopathogenic fungi in the tobacco field.
