Ukrainian Scholarly Journals in Scopus: Dataset (2023–2025)

This dataset contains consolidated and harmonized data on Ukrainian scholarly journals indexed in the Scopus database. The dataset covers scientometric metrics (SJR, quartiles, and H-index) for the years 2023, 2024, and 2025. Additionally, it integrates unique, manually collected data on open access policies, the presence and amount of Article Processing Charges (APCs), publishers, and publication languages. The dataset is designed to facilitate longitudinal and comparative analyses of the transformation of the Ukrainian academic publishing landscape.
