BCG revaccination induced transcriptomic changes in PBMC are not well characterised. We have addressed this by longitudinal characterization of RNA-Seq data from PBMC in vitro stimulated with BCG or LPS from N=11 IGRA- donors at baseline (T0) and 8-12 weeks post BCG revaccination (T2).
