The aim of the European Marie-Curie project Love-To-Hate was to assess the ecotoxicological impact of pesticides on the soil microbial community. This study assessed the impact of three pesticides (chlorpyrifos, isoproturon, tebuconazole) on the bacterial diversity in field plot soil. 16S rDNA sequences were amplified and sequenced by Illumina MiSeq.
