The following data were collected at the first medical visit and during follow-up (1) echocardiography parameters, including left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDD), left atria size (LA), interventricular septum thickness (IVS) and left ventricular posterior wall (LVPW), the ratio of early diastolic mitral in flow velocity (E) to early diastolic TDI annular velocityle’s (E/e’) , and calculated left ventricular mass index (LVMI); (2) N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP); (3) Physical examination information and New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class; (4) history of smoking and drinking; (5) drugs for heart failure, co-morbidities (cardiovascular, metabolic, and respiratory);
