This dataset supports the manuscript entitled "Functional-based parcellation of the mouse prefrontal cortex for network perturbation analysis". Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rsfMRI) from a cohort of 100 wildtype animals was used to derive the functional-connectivity (FC) based parcellation of the mouse PFC with voxel resolution using unsupervised clustering techniques from the field of Machine Learning. Dataset contains resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rsfMRI) of 100 anaesthesized C57Bl6 mice, partially published as control conditions in https://doi.org/10.1038/s41380-021-01245-4 .
