Sotalol: Evaluation of effects on blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature and electrocardiogram after single oral administration to conscious dogs

n=3 chronically-instrumented conscious male Beagle dogs, dosed with Sotalol at 20 mg/kg. No PK phase. Parameters: haemodynamic parameters (SAP, DAP, MAP, HR) and ECG intervals (RR, PR, QRS, QT, QTcB, QTcQ, QTcF intervals). Arterial blood pressure, heart rate and lead II ECG variables in all groups were extracted at t -45, -30, -15, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 180, 240, 360, 480, 720 and 1440 min, where time 0 was taken as the time at the end of dosing.
