Spatially resolved quantification of oxygen consumption rate in ex vivo lymph node slices

This dataset comprises TIFF files containing fluorescent images capturing oxygen consumption in both live and killed lymph node slices. Additionally, it includes Excel files containing sample calculations showing the calculations for measuring the rate of oxygen consumption over time in the slices. The PRISM files are also included which contain graphs and the fitting process.
