Impact of COVID-19 on shopping frequency in physical stores Thailand 2021

According to a survey on retail shopping conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2021, approximately 52 percent of the respondents in Thailand stated that they shopped less frequently in physical stores during the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, around 24 percent of them stated that the frequency of their in-store shopping remained the same as before the virus outbreak.
