Physicochemical parameters of Antarctic soils impacted by Pygoscelis penguins

This dataset contains data on water content, pH, organic carbon, ammonium, nitrate, and phosphorus, quantified in 84 Antarctic soils impacted by Pygoscelis penguins. Three files are available: the file “Pygoscelis_metadata.csv” includes the information about all soil samples, the file “Methods.txt” consists of the protocols that were used to determine the physicochemical parameters, and the file “Pygoscelis_PP.csv” contains the results of the quantification of each physicochemical parameter.
