Post-processed data sample and code from Temporal dynamics of climate change exposure and opportunities for global marine biodiversity (2024) Schwarz Meyer AL, Pigot AL, Merow C, Kaschner K, Garilao C, Kesner-Reyes K, Trisos CH.The pre-processed climate data used in the analyses were not uploaded due to the file size exceeding Figshare's storage quota. Instead, we provide post-processed climate data from one climate model as a sample. We also provide the R scripts needed to reproduce the analyses and recreate the figures. The climate data can be obtained from https://esgf-index1.ceda.ac.uk/search/cmip6-ceda/. Species data can be obtained at https://aquamaps.org.
