Higher functional richness masks higher functional vulnerability in invaded freshwater fish communities
收藏资源简介:
These datasets consist of R code, data, and descriptions of the datasets. They are essential for reproducing the analyses and results presented in the paper "Higher functional richness masks higher functional vulnerability in invaded freshwater fish communities." We investigated how nonnative fish inclusion reshapes community functional diversity, functional similarity network structure, and functional vulnerability in freshwater fish communities from southwest China. The dataset includes fish occurrence records spanning 1950 to 2022, species functional trait data, environmental predictors, and reconstructed native only and nonnative included community states across 134 invaded sub basins. The accompanying code reproduces the estimation of functional diversity metrics, functional network metrics, functional vulnerability under simulated species loss, mixed effects models, structural equation models, and associated figures and tables.
