透平叶片产线设备补偿前后Y轴定位精度数据集

数据集包含无锡透平叶片有限公司Turbomill 800i型叶片加工机床在采用上海交通大学研制的智能产线动态误差建模与精度自愈软件前后的Y轴双向定位精度数据集。数据采集时间为2023年4月25日~2023年4月26日，采集地点为无锡透平叶片有限公司叶片加工车间，采集设备为雷尼绍XM-60激光干涉仪。数据文件大小为2.2 MB。This dataset comprises Y-axis bidirectional positioning accuracy datasets of the Turbomill 800i blade machining center at Wuxi Turbine Blade Co., Ltd., collected before and after the implementation of the intelligent production line dynamic error modeling and accuracy self-healing software developed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The data was collected from April 25 to 26, 2023 in the blade machining workshop of Wuxi Turbine Blade Co., Ltd., using a Renishaw XM-60 laser interferometer as the acquisition device. The total size of the data files is 2.2 MB.
