TCSPC and SPC data from random and fluorescence photons for exposure times of 1 ms and 0.25 ms from a QuantICAM SPAD array

This data were used to characterise photon counting losses from a QuantICAM SPAD array in the article: Compensating for photon counting losses in a TCSPC SPAD arrayThe data are .mat MATLAB files, and contain TCSPC and SPC image data from a QuantICAM SPAD array.There are four folders containg data from different experimental conditions, defined by illumination type and SPAD exposure time: random photons from an LED with 1 ms or 0.25 ms exposure, and fluorescence photons from a Chroma slide with 1 ms or 0.25 ms exposure. There is one folder of data for each condition, conatining separate TCSPC and SPC files. The numbers at the end of each file name in the TCSPC and SPC datasets indicate measurements recorded with the same light intensity.In each data set, TCSPC measurements were recorded with 10,000 frames and SPC measurements with 1000 frames.<br>
