West Virginia stream fish diversity indices

Diversity indices (species richness, functional richness, and functional divergence) calculated for stream fish communities across the state of West Virginia. Indices were calculated using the 'FD' package in R. Six morphological traits from the FishMorph database were chosen to calculate the diversity indices based on their ecological significance: vertical eye position, relative eye position, oral gape position, pectoral fin size, body elongation, and caudal peduncle throttling.
