牡丹是我国重要的观赏、药用与新型油料植物,缺乏自主知识产权品种与商品化生产技术,严重制约着牡丹产业升级与可持续发展。本项目先后依托“863”计划课题与国家自然科学基金课题等5项国家级与省部级课题的实施,以提高牡丹产业自主创新能力、产业化水平以及国际竞争力为目的,新品种培育与产业化关键技术取得重要突破与实质性进展。 1.系统整理牡丹品种资源,利用野生牡丹、高代杂种以及品种开展杂交育种,攻克远缘杂交不亲和与杂种败育的技术关键,培育出牡丹与芍药组间远缘杂交新品种5个、切花品种7个及花油兼用新品种5个。 2.开发大批SSR、SNP等分子标记,成功应用于牡丹品种分类、起源、鉴定、筛选与遗传多样性研究,以及牡丹资源保护与利用、杂交亲本选择、杂种鉴定与筛选 构建首张牡丹高密度遗传连锁图谱,结合形态性状关联分析,建立了牡丹分子标记辅助选择技术(MAS) 初步揭示了牡丹二次开花等重要性状的遗传基础与形成机制。 3.建立了高效的牡丹微繁殖技术体系和分生结节培养体系 研发了牡丹切花栽培与花期调控技术 为牡丹优良种苗的产业化应用奠定了基础。 该项目培育获得植物品种权的新品种17个,获国家发明专利3项,发表论文22篇,其中SCI收录论文15篇。项目获得的成果在2家企事业单位进行推广应用,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Peony is an important ornamental, medicinal and new-type oilseed plant in China. The lack of varieties with independent intellectual property rights and commercial production technologies has severely restricted the industrial upgrading and sustainable development of the peony industry. This project was successively supported by 5 national and ministerial-level research projects including those from the National High-Tech Research and Development Program of China (863 Program) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). Aiming to improve the independent innovation capability, industrialization level and international competitiveness of the peony industry, important breakthroughs and substantial progress have been achieved in new variety breeding and key industrialization technologies. 1. Systematically collated peony germplasm resources, conducted cross breeding using wild peonies, advanced-generation hybrids and cultivated varieties, overcame the key technical bottlenecks of interspecific cross incompatibility and hybrid abortion, and bred 5 new interspecific hybrid varieties between tree peony (Paeonia sect. Moutan) and herbaceous peony (Paeonia sect. Paeonia) groups, 7 cut-flower varieties and 5 dual-purpose varieties for both flower and oil production. 2. Developed a large number of molecular markers such as SSR and SNP, which were successfully applied to the studies of peony variety classification, origin, identification, screening and genetic diversity, as well as peony germplasm conservation and utilization, hybrid parent selection and hybrid identification and screening. Constructed the first high-density genetic linkage map of peony, established the molecular marker-assisted selection (MAS) technology for peony through combining with morphological trait association analysis, and preliminarily revealed the genetic basis and formation mechanism of important traits such as secondary flowering in peonies. 3. Established an efficient peony micropropagation technology system and meristematic nodule culture system, developed peony cut-flower cultivation and flowering regulation technologies, which laid a solid foundation for the industrial application of excellent peony seedlings. This project has obtained 17 new varieties with plant variety rights, 3 national invention patents, and published 22 academic papers, including 15 SCI-indexed papers. The achievements of this project have been promoted and applied in 2 enterprises and public institutions, achieving good economic and social benefits.
