recount3_GTEx

GTEx bulk RNA-seq data were downloaded from recount3 database using the R package recount3. *_annot.csv: Sample annotation *_GO_trimmed_expr.npy: 2d numpy array containing log tpm values, can be used as input for OntoVAE with the files from Gene_Ontology (GO_ensembl_*) *_HPO_trimmed_expr.npy: 2d numpy array containing log tpm values, can be used as input for OntoVAE with the files from Human_Phenotype_Ontology

GTEx 批量RNA测序（bulk RNA-seq）数据通过R语言包recount3从recount3数据库下载获得。
*_annot.csv：样本注释文件。
*_GO_trimmed_expr.npy：包含经对数转换的TPM（Transcripts Per Million）值的二维NumPy数组，可与基因本体（Gene Ontology, GO）系列文件（如GO_ensembl_*）一同作为OntoVAE的输入数据。
