资源简介:
Malignant hematological diseases carry a poor prognosis among adults in middle-income countries, partly because most omics research and drug development rely on patient-derived cancer cell lines from North America, Europe, and East Asia—leaving a significant representation gap for Southeast Asian populations. In this study, we successfully established the first five Vietnamese patient-derived leukemia (LXM) cell lines, sequenced the genome of a representative line, and utilized the data to design a personalized vaccine targeting patient-specific mutations. Computational simulations demonstrate that the vaccine potently activates the immune system. This workflow paves the way for personalized cancer therapies tailored to the Vietnamese infrastructure and genetic background.
