骤四:对经步骤三处理获得的氧掺杂TiZr基单相难熔高熵合金锭进行中温回火处理。本发明提供的制备方法简单易行,无需复杂的变形加工和时效处理,只需简单的熔炼配合冷轧变形就能够大幅度提升难熔高熵合金的力学性能。
This invention relates to an oxygen-doped TiZr-based single-phase refractory high-entropy alloy and a preparation method thereof, which belongs to the technical field of refractory high-entropy alloy preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps:
Step 1: Design the atomic contents of Ti, Zr, Nb and V elements in the alloy and the atomic content of the doped O element, then weigh the raw materials according to the designed atomic contents of each chemical element;
Step 2: Smelt the raw materials weighed in Step 1 to prepare oxygen-doped TiZr-based single-phase refractory high-entropy alloy ingots;
Step 3: Perform large plastic deformation treatment on the oxygen-doped TiZr-based single-phase refractory high-entropy alloy ingots obtained in Step 2;
Step 4: Perform medium-temperature tempering treatment on the oxygen-doped TiZr-based single-phase refractory high-entropy alloy ingots obtained after Step 3 treatment.
The preparation method provided by the invention is simple and easy to implement, without complicated deformation processing and aging treatment. Only simple smelting combined with cold rolling deformation can greatly improve the mechanical properties of refractory high-entropy alloys.
